2. Choose the Gift Certificate that is best for you and add it to your shopping cart.
3. On the payment section, inform your name, email, and write a message to the person you are going to present it.
4. Select the payment method, complete the order and follow the instructions on the website.

HOW TO USE THE GIFT CERTIFICATE

1. With the gift certificate number in hand, choose the embroidery designs you want in our website. Add them to your shopping cart.
2. Choose the form of payment, enter the Gift Certificate code in the “Coupon” field. Don’t forget to type it exactly as you received it.
3. Check if the discount was applied. Complete the order and follow the instructions on the website.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

– Validity of the Gift Certificate: 12 months from the purchase date.

– Out Gift Certificate can only be used in the Embroidery Community website.

– If the total amount of your order is greater than that of the Gift Certificate, you can pay the difference using the forms of payment available in our website.

– If the total amount of your order is less than that of the Gift Certificate, you can use the remaining balance in future purchases, provided that within the expiration date of it.

– After the expiration date of the Gift Certificate, it will be automatically invalidated, with no possibility of use, revalidation or refund of the amount.
